Returns & Exchanges
- Items purchased here at Kopar may be exchanged or refunded if You’re not completely satisfied with Your purchased product. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of Your goods by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the number of Your order, the name of the item(s) You want to return / exchange and reason behind this for each item. Once You have notified us that You are cancelling or willing to exchange Your order, You will receive information on how to return the goods You’re not satisfied about.
- Right of cancellation requires the items to be returned in the same pristine condition, quantity and packaging, as originally received. The right of cancellation will lapse if You use the items in a way, which obviously reduces the sales value.
- When purchasing fragile items for which proper packing is important, it is required to return the items in the original packing to have the right of cancellation. When a packaging is broken, this causes a deterioration of the sales value. It is therefore important to determine whether You want to keep the items or cancel the purchase before the packaging is broken. It is possible to examine the item without breaking the blister.
- Please note, if an exchange is required, Your order will first be refunded and a new order can be placed. Please contact us via above mentioned email and we will be happy to help You with Your exchange procedure.
- If You want to exchange / return the purchase, the cost of return shipping and postage loss of any items returned to Kopar is Your responsibility. We strongly advise to use a delivery service that provides postage insurance. We do not receive packages sent COD.
- All sale items must be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. We do not offer price adjustments if items are further reduced after Your purchase date.
- The right of cancellation cannot be applied for:
- Items otherwise altered to a customer’s request;
- Tailor-made items;
- Business purchases;
- All items returned as faulty will be inspected. Any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by You will not be accepted as faulty.
- Christmas Returns Policy: Any item purchased between 15th November and 24th December 2019 can be returned or exchanged (in its unworn condition and its original packaging) up until the 8th January 2019.
- Exchanging a Gift: Please note that we can only refund the credit or debit card used for the original purchase. However, it is possible to exchange Your Kopar item, You have received as a gift. Should a gifted Kopar item is not suitable, You can return it within 14 working days for an exchange. Please contact us via email at: email@example.com, and we will provide You with information regarding the return / exchange procedure.
- For exchanges, if the value of the new item exceeds the original gift value, You will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new item be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase.
- Please make sure that Your package of the items You are willing to return/ exchange includes:
- Return item, which must be unused, and in original perfect condition;
- Original packaging: box, certificates, tags attached (if provided) or any other packaging material.
- As the return / exchange gets approved, You will have to ship the item(s) to the following address:

- Once Your package arrives to our facilities, You will receive a confirmation email, informing You that the credit or debit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the full cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). If You do not return the goods to us in their original condition, we are entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to You. We will process Your refund within 2 working days from the receipt date of Your returned items at Kopar warehouse. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit Your account.
